Is there a free plan, or just a free trial?
Screen100 has a genuine free plan, not a time-limited trial. Anyone can screen a name for free with no account at all. Creating a free account adds 50 saved screens a month, a screening history, and API access with a small rate limit — and it never expires or requires a credit card.
What exactly do I get for $49/month?
Pro is $49/month flat, no per-seat pricing. It includes 10,000 screens a month across the web app and API, ongoing monitoring for up to 1,000 saved subjects with automatic re-screening and alerts, unlimited batch/CSV screening, downloadable PDF audit certificates for every screen, MCP server access for AI agents, and a higher API rate limit.
What happens if I go over my monthly screen quota?
Each plan includes a set number of screens per month (50 on Free, 10,000 on Pro), and your allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. When you reach the limit the API returns an explicit quota_exceeded response — with your limit and remaining balance in the x-quota-* headers — rather than failing silently, so an integration or agent can handle it cleanly. Can I use the API and MCP on the free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes both the REST API and the MCP server (metered against your monthly screen quota, 10 requests/minute), so you — or your agent — can integrate and test before committing to Pro. Batch screening and ongoing monitoring are Pro-only, since they're built for production compliance workflows rather than occasional checks.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Pro is billed monthly by default. Annual billing and volume/multi-seat pricing for larger compliance teams are available — contact us and we'll set up a plan that matches your screening volume.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and your account reverts to the free plan's limits afterward.
